At Skinny Mixes, we want you to love every sip. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on eligible food and beverage products.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack the products in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy container to ensure they arrive safely at our warehouse.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange items.
